As Product Design Lead, I led a project for the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security. We navigated multiple pivots, from modernizing export control applications to developing an informational website for a potential software ban. Despite challenges like clearance processes and client leadership changes, we delivered high-quality, research-backed prototypes. Our work highlighted resilience, user-centered design, and adaptability.

Jhpiego is a non-profit organization that works to improve the health and well-being of women and their families in over 40 countries across the world. The organization sought to redesign its website to communicate its mission better and engage individual donors while also making its technical resources more accessible to the public.
